Meet the Author

Peter Kenney is a mind-body educator, life coach, and spiritual handyman. For over 20 years, he’s helped people uncover what’s buried, name what’s been hidden, and begin again—this time, from the inside out. The Inner Remodel is his invitation to you to take back your blueprint and become the builder of your own life.

Why I wrote this book

From My Inner House to Yours

I didn’t set out to write a self-help book. I set out to write something that could sit beside someone who was stuck. Not preach to them. Not give them a morning routine and a miracle mantra. Just sit beside them—in the mess, in the silence, in the weight of it all—and offer a flashlight, a question, maybe a hammer.

For over two decades, I’ve sat with people as they’ve broken down and broken through. I’ve seen that most of us aren’t failing—we’re just following old blueprints. Stories we inherited. Wiring we didn’t ask for. Rooms inside us that got neglected, barricaded, or left half-built.

I wrote The Inner Remodel for the people who don’t like self-help books. For the ones who roll their eyes at spiritual clichés but still ache for something real. For the ones who feel like their inner life is a house that’s out of order—but don’t know where to start.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in your own inner life, like something was trying to break through the walls but you didn’t have the tools or the blueprint—The Inner Remodel is for you.
